Manpower Planning, Training and Orientation

The capacity building of the personnel at all levels shall also be taken up on priority for yielding the desired outcomes. Training and orientation should involve strategic planning and project management so that the problems faced by SC/STs and their point of view are addressed in the formulation and implementation of TSP. Trainers/beneficiary shall be providing a field manual in regional languages to facilitate effective implementation and monitoring of various schemes/programmes.
