• Enhance the quality of life by providing basic amenities in SC/ST areas/localities.
• Substantial reduction in poverty and unemployment, creation of productive assets and income generation opportunities.
• Enhance the capacity to avail opportunities to gain rights and entitlement and improved facilities at par with other areas, and protection against exploitation and oppression.
