Quarterly Hindi Workshop Madras Regional Station ICAR-CMFRI, Chennai

Quarterly Hindi workshop on day to day communication with Hindi was conducted by the Official Language Implementation Committee (OLIC) of Madras Regional Station, ICAR-CMFRI, Chennai on 28 June 2024. The Scientist-in-Charge inaugurated and highlighted the importance of Hindi usage in official communication. Srinivasa Raghavan.V, Senior Scientist and OLIC In-Charge briefed the staff members about the handling of grammatical and colloquial form of Hindi words and sentences. The staff members were educated about the different forms of day to day official interactions and their subsequent responses in Hindi. The members were also given glimpse of numericals and its Hindi pronunciation. The session ended with an action plan for future workshops.
