150 Years Of Vande Mataram Organizing A Singing Activity At ICAR-CMFRI Kochi And Its Regional Centres / stations
In accordance with the directions contained in the ICAR Circular dated 04 November, 2025 a mass signing of the national song ‘Vande Mataram’ was organized at the Institute on 7th November 2025 at 10.00 am.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from about 240 staff members from Headquarters, Research Centres and Regional Stations and KVKs, including Scientists, Technical Officers, Administrative and Multi-Tasking Staff. The programme was conducted in a solemn and patriotic atmosphere, reflecting the spirit of unity, devotion and national pride embodied in Vande Mataram.
Photographs and video byte of the event have been duly recorded for uploading to the campaign portal (www.vandemataram150.in) and official social media handles in accordance with the institutions of the Ministry of Culture and ICAR Headquarters.
The CMFR Institute take pride in contributing to this national initiative celebrating the 150th anniversary of the national song and reaffirms its commitments to uphold the values of unity and patriotism envisaged in the commemorative programme.
