Graduated in Bachelor of Fisheries Science (B.F.Sc) from Kerala Agricultural University and completed Masters in Fisheries Resource Management (M.F.Sc) from Central Institute of Fisheries Education (CIFE), Mumbai. Completed Ph.D. from ICAR-CIFE, Mumbai. The topic of research was “Stock delineation of Priacanthus hamrur (Forsskål, 1775) from Indian waters”. Qualified ARS in the ‘Fisheries Resource Management” discipline
